veterans buried in the cemeteries

Some of the veterans who were treated at the Athens Asylum and died there have lain beneath anonymous stones for over 100 years. Ongoing research is being done to discover all the veterans and obtain identifying stones for them which not only have names, birth date and death date but also their rank and service unit.
